Refund policy

At BelieveUs Co., every product is made to order especially for you. Because each item is custom printed after your order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

-Wrong size selected by the customer.
-Change of mind after placing an order.
-Color or design preference.
-Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Please refer to our size guide before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

-Damaged during transit,
-Defective due to a manufacturing or printing issue, or
-Different from what you ordered,

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at believeusco@gmail.com.

Your email must include:

-Order Number
-Clear photos of the product
-Photos of the packaging
-A brief description of the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution where applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are only provided if:

-A replacement cannot be arranged for an eligible claim, or
-The order is cancelled before production begins (if applicable).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 6–10 business days.
